Product Warranty Policy

Warranty is product-specific. Always use the warranty description written in the quotation, invoice or supplied warranty document.

Warranty types

• Manufacturer warranty: handled according to the brand’s terms and service-center process.
• Seller warranty: handled by the seller for the stated period and covered faults.
• Testing warranty: a limited checking period for the stated product condition.
• No warranty: applies only when clearly disclosed before purchase.

Condition and coverage

New, refurbished, open-box and used products may have different coverage. Consumables, physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, software, data loss and accessories may be excluded unless written terms say otherwise.

Claim process

Provide the invoice number, product serial number, fault description and requested evidence. Do not ship a product without receiving claim or return instructions. Diagnosis may be required before a remedy is approved.

Possible resolution

Depending on the applicable warranty, a valid claim may be handled through troubleshooting, service-center referral, repair, replacement, credit adjustment or another written remedy.

Data responsibility

Back up and remove confidential data before submitting a storage device, computer or other data-bearing product. Warranty service may involve reset, replacement or data loss.
