These terms apply to the Naza Market website and to wholesale enquiries, quotations and orders unless different written terms are agreed.

Website information

Product listings, prices, stock and specifications are provided for enquiry and may change without notice. Images can be illustrative. Confirm the exact model, condition, configuration and warranty before ordering.

Quotations and orders

A website enquiry is not an accepted order and does not reserve stock. An order is confirmed only when commercial terms are accepted and the required payment or approved credit process is completed.

Prices, taxes and freight

Final pricing, GST, freight, insurance and other charges are stated in the quotation or invoice. Obvious typographical or data errors may be corrected before order confirmation.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer must verify compatibility, quantity, billing details, GSTIN, delivery address and contact information. The buyer must also follow any handling, installation or warranty instructions supplied with the product.

Shipping, returns and warranty

The separate Shipping, Returns & Cancellation and Warranty policies form part of these terms. Product-specific written terms in a quotation or invoice take precedence where they differ.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the commercial remedy agreed for the affected product or order. Naza Market is not responsible for indirect loss caused by buyer-side compatibility, installation, data, network or business interruption issues.
